Terms and Conditions for Online Ticket Booking Facility

To avail access for the Statue of Unity Site & other related places after booking online tickets, a Visitor must:
- 1) Produce Online Booking Acknowledgement & Photo Identity Proof in original at the SOU Entry Gate (Verification Gate).
- 2) Please report to verification Gate at the time specified on Acknowledgement.
- 3) The visitors with VIewing Gallery tickets are required to be present at the elevators during time slots selected by them. SOU does not guarantee VG access if the visitors come before / after time-slot timings.
- 4) The visitors are required to present QR Code in electronic format in case the ticket is booked online.
- 5) Ticket emailed to visitor after booking online Tickets is for visitor's reference only.
Appropriate charges will be applicable for online ticket booking facilities as per rules and regulations of Sardar Vallabhbhai Rashtriya Ekta Trust (SVPRET), Gandhinagar. In addition to that, visitor also needs to pay non-refundable internet reservation charges as applicable.
SVPRET reserves the right to cancel The SOU access facility for Visitor in case of failure of producing necessary documents. We also reserve rights to change / cancel The SOU site access timeslots in case of unavoidable circumstances.
SVPRET cannot issue a refund for external issues pertaining to Visitor’s travel like running of late trains, traffic jams, restriction of entries in certain areas by police or any other external conditions like rain, heat, coldwave etc.

Cancellation policy for Online Ticket Booking for Accessing The SOU Site

- Only tickets booked online can be canceled.
- Partial booking tickets cannot be canceled.
- Tickets once booked are only be cancelled as per above cancellation policy only. Therefore, the visitor is requested to apply proper attention while selecting visit date before booking.
- In all technical refund cases, visitors have to fill in described form in ------------------

Refund Policy

Due to technical failure, if transaction remains incomplete and amount has been deducted from visitor's account, then she/he will get full refund after deducting reasonable facility charges and as per Point No. 4 - Cancellation policy for Online Ticket Booking for Accessing The SOU Site

Failed Transactions - Money debited but ticket not booked

The online ticket booking at SVPRET involves complex system of technical and telecommunication networking integration between customer’s Internet bandwidth, IT system of banks and payment gateways and is dependent on Internet connectivity across various constituents.
Any failure or delay in this complex network may cause transaction failure before completion. This can raise the situation of money debited from the account but ticket not booked with the following possibilities:

1.	Payment Settled but Ticket Not Booked	Visitor opted for particular slot at the time of booking and ticket not booked due to choice of slot not available. Other reasons such as network failures etc	Amount is credited back on next day to the respective Bank.	Bank credits back the amount within 2-3 working days in Account through which booking was done.
2.	Settlement Failed and Ticket Not Booked	System or network failure at Banks end or at PG before remitting Ticket Amount to SVPRET.	Amount is not credited to SVPRET Account.	Amount is with Bank. Bank will refund the money after due verification.

Liability

Limitation of Liability: We shall not be liable to you save as expressly provided for in these terms and conditions and shall have no other obligations, duties or liabilities whatsoever in contract, tort or otherwise arising out of the use of the facility or connection to the web site. For online payment we as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Card holder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.

Termination

Our Termination Rights: We may at any time at our sole discretion and without giving any reason or any prior notice terminate or temporarily suspend your access to all or any part of the web site.

Use of the Online facilities: You may only use this facility to make legitimate bookings / reservations i.e., you may not use this facility to book facilities for the purpose of commercial resale and profit. Without limitation, any speculative, false or fraudulent reservation or any reservation in anticipation of demand is prohibited.
Customer Responsibility: You confirm that you are the authorized holder of the credit card or the original account holder used in the transactions you make using the site and you alone use the "id" and "password" you have created in the site. SVPRET will not be responsible for any financial loss, inconvenience or mental agony resulting from misuse of your ID/password/credit card number/account details number r for booking facilities on this site.
